School Volunteer Process:
Once the completed form is received, your name will be presented to the Board of Education. The Board of Education meets monthly. Completed forms must be submitted at least two weeks prior to a scheduled Board meeting by 3:00 p.m. Forms received after that deadline will be presented at the following month’s meeting.
Please note that volunteer approvals are valid for one school year only. Volunteers are not automatically carried over into the following school year. If individuals wish to continue volunteering, they must complete the Google Form available on the school’s website at the start of each new school year.
Approved volunteers may assist in classrooms, attend field trips, and support various school events throughout the year. For field trips, we use a rotation system to ensure that all approved volunteers have the opportunity to participate.
