APPR Plan
The goal of The Fabius-Pompey Central School District APPR (Annual Professional Performance Review) teacher evaluation method is to provide a process in which professional growth is encouraged, teaching and professional practice is enhanced and student learning is promoted and developed through and aligned with New York State’s Teaching Standards. The APPR also assures that there is a common language and common expectations among all teachers and evaluators. The Districts Professional Development Plan (PDP) will be linked to the APPR to ensure teacher-driven professional development and support. APPR Plan 2016-2017.
