Elementary School Nurse (Grades PreK through 5th)
Fabius-Pompey CSD is currently hiring a Registered Nurse for its Elementary school. Candidates must possess a valid Registered Professional Nurse license issued by New York State.

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered Teacher Aide to support classroom instruction and help create a positive, engaging learning environment. The Teacher Aide works closely with the classroom teacher to assist with daily activities, provide student support and supervision, and ensure smooth classroom operations.
Responsibilities

Support the classroom teacher with instructional activities and lesson preparation

Assist in maintaining a structured, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

Supervise students during arrival, dismissal, lunch, recess
-
Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources
-
Provide support to students with varying academic, social, and behavioral needs

Assist with clerical duties such as copying, organizing materials, and data collection
-
Promote positive student behavior and model appropriate social interactions

Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success
Qualifications

High school diploma required

Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting preferred

Position Details
Bus Monitor/Aide- Reports to the Bus Garage at 6:40 AM on school days
- Midday return between 1:00-1:30 PM
- Concludes at approximately 3:30 PM
- Member of the Transportation Association collective bargaining unit
- Includes health insurance benefits
- Minimum salary: $9,209 (2025–26 school year), with an anticipated increase in 2026-27
