The 7th graders ended the year with a unit on geometry, and the last week of school will be devoted to reviewing for the final exam. Calculators should be brought to class every day!
The 7th grade textbooks are workbooks that students can write in. These should go home every night! Remember, if you forget your textbook and you have homework, you can use the online textbook: www.connected.mcgraw-hill.com. Make sure you have your username and password.
The Applied Math class focuses on personal finance and other financial applications. We are currently working on putting together all of the skills we've learned throughout the year to make a budget to help manage our finances. Forty points of the final exam will be a budget project, and the remaining sixty points will be a final exam given in class on June 7th and 8th.
