School Volunteer Process:
Once I receive the completed form, your name will be presented at the next Board of Education meeting for approval. Please note that volunteer approvals are valid for one school year only. Volunteers are not automatically carried over into the following school year. If individuals wish to continue volunteering, they must complete the Google Form available on the school’s website at the start of each new school year.
Approved volunteers may assist in classrooms, attend field trips, and support various school events throughout the year. For field trips, we use a rotation system to ensure that all approved volunteers have the opportunity to participate.
