Volunteer Program Information

A tremendous thank you goes out to the awesome community volunteers who made the twenty-first annual 5th Grade Wellness Workshop possible. I would also like to thank A.P.T.S. for the funds that made the day financially possible. The students had an incredible learning experience at the health and safety stations manned by the twenty-some volunteers. Another 14 volunteers chaperoned their groups of students to the various stations. We had volunteers from the Fabius and Pompey Hill Volunteer Fire Departments and volunteers from many other local agencies. Thank you all for sharing your expertise, time and energy!
A huge thank you goes out to Green Lakes Lanes for hosting our sixth annual 3rd grade Bowling Trip and the parent volunteers who helped make this day possible. Fun was had by all!
Thank you to the volunteers who served the birthday cake for our Dr. Seuss birthday celebration in the Elementary School! We appreciate your time and friendly smiles.
Kudos to the 8th graders who are really racking up their Community Service hours. They have already completed over 425 hours by helping with the concession stands for girls’ and boys’ home junior varsity and varsity soccer games, A.P.T.S. Movie Nights, our local Crop Walk, the Empire State Games for the Physically Challenged, church suppers and many other worthy projects. Keep up the good work, 8th graders!
